Made-to-order signs

For our yellow arrow, pink curved arrow and matte black toilet signs, please allow two weeks from the time of order before dispatch. Courier transit time is additional. Any different timeframe for a custom order will be confirmed with you.

Australian shipping rates for the shop signs

The following standard charges apply per order containing these signs and include GST:

• Queensland: $30
• New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory: $40
• Victoria and South Australia: $45
• Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania: $55

These are flat rates by state or territory, not live courier quotes. Other products may have different shipping rates. The delivery charge and total payable for your order are shown at checkout before payment. Where checkout lists amounts excluding GST, GST is included in the tax line.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Production lead time is separate from transit time. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs to change. If your address has no delivery option at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Local pickup

If pickup is offered at checkout, collect from our Kunda Park address after we confirm your order is ready. Please arrange a collection time first.

Delayed, damaged or missing deliveries

Contact us with your order number if a delivery is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. Photos of the packaging and damage can help us investigate. We will assist with the carrier and any remedy available under Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy.
